Best place to stay when visiting Austin!

We loved staying here! Michael, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was sincerely sweet and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was crazy good! The food was freshly cooked and plentiful. Our room was very quiet with a comfortable bed, well-equipped mini kitchen and nice big TV. We will be staying again!

Bathroom shower head needed tightening. Toilet kept running after flush. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough resulting in a lot of water on bathroom floor. Got locked in bathroom as latch was broken. Booked 2 queens and received a call as I was entering parking lot to tell me they didn’t have any available. Stated issue was with Expedia. Fortunately had king accessible room available, but it was musty smelling.

Staff was very friendly despite our issue with the name on our booking. The room fit all 6 family members and still left room to walk around so we didn’t feel cramped. Cleanliness was great in all areas! Restaurants and movie theater were so close too!

Always my go to place

Always stay here when I come to Austin and this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been here since December and it’s great . Only constructive criticism I would have would be 1) get better lounger chairs and maybe some canopies or something for a little shade at the pool. 2) elevators are blazing hott and smell no matter when you get in them.

On arrival the elevators smelled like weed. The room had a box fan to either dry the carpet or to keep the room cool due to the AC not working properly. After check out we was charged $50 for “alleged clogged sink” when the garbage disposal never work properly & i knew that by mistaking it for a light switch. Wouldnt recommend staying at this particular location
