Very nice, big and clean room and bathroom! The sheets were so soft, I didn't want to get out of bed. Nice staff. Didn't have to wait long before someone helped me at the front desk. Someone always answered my phone calls promptly. Loved that the pool was indoors so I could swim on a chilly night. Loved the location.

I wish parking was included especially when you have the hotel parking garage attached to the hotel. Or if not include the parking then make it feasible. $50 a night for valet to park your vehicle at the hotel that you already paid to stay at seems a bit ridiculous.

The hotel is superb the people are sweet, courteous, polite and jolly. Because of Covid the breakfast was limited but I enjoy eating oatmeal. I was saddened by the pool being closed due to Covid and watching the people at Hampton Inn next door play in there pool.

Great wifi. Gym was open - but no guidelines really. Sad that there was no housekeeping. Continental breakfast was just fine. Pool would have been disappointed if it was open. Location was great.
