Welcome to your home away from home. Located right outside of Austin in a quiet neighborhood, less than five minutes from the COTA racetrack and Austin-Bergstrom Airport. If heading to Austin, it’s 15 minutes to Downtown to enjoy the restaurants & bars all within walking distance of each other, 20 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL, SXSW) to listen to live music or take a dip at Barton Springs Pool. Go shopping at the San Marcos Premium Outlet Mall or tubing down the San Marcos River in just 30 minutes. Our home can sleep 11 people comfortably which makes it great for large groups of couples, families or business travelers who want to enjoy Austin while working. It has all the amenities of home including all essential kitchen equipment, a barbecue grill, and complimentary coffee station.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It suited our needs well as we needed a comfortable place to sleep. We were out and about most of our stay. It was a last minute trip so it was just a but it farther than we wanted but that was our fault.

Would stay again!

Overall experience was very nice. The only three things that need attention are the kitchen stools were not sturdy, the outside trash cans were over flowing from previous visitors, and the room with the queen bed needs a curtain to limit the early morning sun. Very minor things. Zach was absolutely responsive to all messages and we would definitely stay again.

While easy access to the airport there is nothing else in the area for food and entertainment. The house is furnished with tired furnishing and not comfortable. The cleanliness and maintenance are not good. Smoker environment covered by too many air freshener that caused an asthma attack. No bedroom on ground floor for handicapped. You must be able to climb. Dirty air vents and stove.

EXCELLENT Home away from Home.

This was my first experience renting a home away from my home to be with family and friends. This HOME and it’s management made the experience so easy and exactly what I needed and wanted. The house was cleaned and equipped with all things needed for a weekend stay. We were able to have a baby shower for my son with a few family and friends . It was sooo comfortable it was like we were back in our home town at our personal home. We were so impressed and satisfied with the HOME, the MANAGEMENT and the PRICE, we are already looking into booking our next 2 trips with this same facility. Kuddos and CONGRATS to 👏🏾👏🏾

Simple and Pleasant

Simple and clean property within a 20-minute drive of downtown Austin. The check-in process was very easy and Zach was a very clear communicator when it came to check-in. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a lower-cost but well-maintained property within a quick drive from Lady Bird Lake, the airport, and downtown Austin.

I would rent again and tell others about this place. The parking was excellent. The house is very spacious and clean. This house had everything I need. Every room in the house was very spacious. The 2 living rooms make it so easy to lounge upstairs or downstairs. Lots of kitchen appliances. Staff very attentive to your needs. Close to airport and easy access to the toll road. Would use this location again.
