There was a lady that was wearing a French beret at check in that is super rude. She has no customer service skills at all. The hotel is clean and up to date. The parking is expensive. Not sure if I would stay here again based on the customer service.

"Hotel was very busy the first night, but not quite as crowded the second night. Only complaint is that they need more/faster elevators. Parking was ample, well lit, and spacious spots. Entire presentation was modern, clean, and welcoming. Staff was very personable! Breakfast was sufficient with good selection. Rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable. Not a bad area - would definitely stay here again!"
