We went to the hotel after booking online an hour and a half away and there was no vacancy. So it was 1:00 am and we had driven seven hours and wanted a place to stay and there was not a room available when we went to check in. Customer service tried to help but it took a long time to get it refunded back to our card and we still didn’t have a place to stay. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

It was a very comfortable & clean hotel. My only complaint was: I had reserved a smoking room a month in advance and when I got to the room it was NOT. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Not as advertised

Shady hole in the wall sleeping quarters, wouldn't even call it a motel, really. Wallpaper peeling off the walls in the lobby, elevator felt like it barely could make it up one floor let alone four. The door to my room was hollow and held zero security and the room itself resembled a water closet. There were no pillows and the mattress was hard as a rock, the digital clock had broken numbers as if they couldn't afford the $8 to replace it. The parking lot had 2 lights and was mostly in the dark so I was forced to walk with my luggage in the dark to the next shopping complex for a spot. I stayed in my room a whole 2 minutes and that was frankly long enough. Thankfully, the front desk staff was understanding, kind and compassionate and helped with my refund. It definitely sounded like I was not the only unhappy customer of the night.
