Easy to get to from the interstate, easy & safe parking, very clean, and very friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean, A/C worked, beds comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful. The breakfast offerings were very good, and the woman on staff the morning we were there was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay again.

This was my second stay in within 2 months. Upon arrival the clerk recognised me, asked my last name and set everything up. The staff was very courteous. The location is close to many stores and restaurants and a few miles drive from most of the Warren/Howland area. Also the location is very quiet.

Room & surrounding areas were clean but there was a strange smell in the rooms. May have been coming from the ac/heating unit. In both of the rooms we had & they were on different floors. Great, updated showers & bathrooms. Comfortable beds!! Lots of convenient shops & restaurants nearby.

All was good but beware, they charged $12 to park there. I don’t recall this being mentioned at check in, and isn’t it reasonable to think we will need to park a vehicle since we are traveling?!
