This hotel is very convenient to the toll road, but it's also close to the toll road so traffic noise was noticeable, as my room faced the road. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. A few items in the bathroom could see some updating (a water stain on the ceiling) but it wasn't what I would call a problem. Just normal wear and tear stuff. There was a good assortment of items at breakfast. My only gripe was the TV. It was off when I sat down to eat, then got turned on rather loud and was shouting drug commercials at me, so I took my food up to my room. For ALL hotels: Please just get rid of TVs in dining areas.

Everything was wonderful. Housekeeping supervisor needs to inspect closer. I took a bath. It allowed me to see under the bowl, safety bar, etc. Dawn was very polite and accommodating.

Stayed in an accessible room for my mother who uses a walker. Room was large with lots of room to move around. Only issue was the toilet was coming loose, I told the front desk so they can fix it.
