To start, there were very few outlets in the room. What were there, half did not work. The hairdryer did not work. They did quickly provide a substitution hair dryer, one positive. The room was ok. The common areas and outside are very tired and in major need of upgrades and repair. Our second night, when returning from an event, we were joined by 2 other vehicles all sesrching for parking. None to be found. The gentleman at the front desk had no clue as to what options to offer. He was entirely USELESS. We parked in an adjacent lot of another building and prayed to not be towed. Upon checkout I handed in the room keys and told the now new person behind the desk my room #. He prints a receipt, i take it and head to my car. I am glad i stopped to check the receipt as he had checked out the wrong room. I went back in and told him. He checked out the proper room, but wrong date! I can't make this crap up! Third time using my name, he finally got it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
