Checking in was fine and the overall room was good, but the bathroom tub was dirty. The brown color of the tub was unacceptable forcing my family and I to come up with a creative way to shower without standing in the tub. Didn’t have time to complain because we left early in the morning. SMH

Deluxe room is not. No gaming system as advertised in the listing. Fridge and microwave were connected to the same light switch that turned on the lights for the room. So lights off, they are off. Sketchy, dark parking area. Back doors are not secured overnight. Anyone could have entered that hotel at any time. Breakfast was ok. Toilet had used toilet paper in it when we checked in. Jusextremdisappointing all around.

Our room had a toilet that kept running, a dripping tub facet and after spending over 30 minutes trying to cast to the tv (a function listed on the tv) I found that this function had not been working and the manager had not fixed it yet.
