We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a good experience. Our only issue was we only had two towels in our room which wasn’t even enough for the number of people we had and every time we asked for more we were told they were out and being washed. I understand it was a crazy busy weekend and I’m guessing they were booked full but two towels for 3 people for an entire weekend just wasn’t cutting it.

I like this hotel very much. This was my second time staying there. Tthe people are very friendly and so are the staff. They also have a very pleasant and good restaurant. The location is close to my brother's home.

Have stayed here several times and generally happy with prior experiences. This time the thermostat for the heat was problematic. It did not accurately reflect the room temperature and did not automatically turn the heat on when the temperature dropped. Complained and was quickly moved to another room, which had one of the older heaters without a thermostat where you just turned a dial to set a comfortable temperature.

As Welcoming as Home

Cons: Nothing I saw.
Location: I was there for a funeral and the funeral parlor was nesarby. Other than that, I did not go out.
It was easy to see why this facility has received so many awards. The personnel could not have been any nicer or more helpful. The food was good. The rooms were comfortable and the pillows were like clouds from Heaven!

Great hotel in the middle of everything.

Pros: This hotel offered a complimentary full breakfast, a fitness center and an absolutely gorgeous, full-sized, indoor pool. The staff is terrific.
Cons: Somehow we must have booked a room for mobility-impaired, but the room was comfortable, clean and nicely appointed.
Location: We were actually visiting friends who live not far, but there are restaurants galore, several movie theaters and decent shopping in the immediate area
This is a lovely hotel with great amenities, spacious, comfortable rooms, and a friendly, professional and friendly staff.
