Lone employee has to leave the property to shuttle truckers which leaves nobody available to process check-ins. Unsure how long we waited but it was long enough that I was ready to forfeit my pre-paid room and I had almost completed an online registration at a different hotel. Room was dank and musty, but we lived. Uncharacteristic for this brand in my experience.
