Early check-in (Hotels.com staff called ahead…hotel ok’d ck in at 1:00). Not able to check in. Front desk had attitude and we were asked to wait at least a half hour. Wedding was at 2:00, 20 mins away. Breakfast was not “build your own” waffles or omelet. Chose BW because we always utilize our One-Key member card. Disappointing

I'm very careful about choosing hotels. I chose this one based on the reviews and I was very satisfied with the stay. I don't like the fact of the room deposit being was higher than the normal but I carried on and decided to stay. I will chose this hotel again if I had to stay in this town. The room was very clean and stocked. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely top notch. Seriously that alone was worth the stay. The one gripe I would say I have and I’m finding it hard to find one is the bed mattress was maybe out of date. It was a spring mattress and it didn’t sound the best when you laid down on it but I slept fine….i would not hesitate to stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and good food. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order. We found that at all the hotels we stayed at in this trip.
