"The room was not clean. When I entered the smell was not pleasant. The chair had some stains, I found the black long hair on the sheets. There was no soap on the vanity, only in the shower dispenser. There was no iron, no hair dryer. I called the hotel for an earlier checkup they could not find my reservation. I had to call Expedia to speak to the staff. They resolved it but after I arrived to check in again they said they could not find my reservation. They finally found it but they even didn’t apologize for the inconvenience."
