Bill was great

Bill at the front desk at best Western Hope gray communication skills and was able to get my dog who is non-vicious that was making a lot of noise he was barking. He was able to get him and put him in a kennel safely by the time I got back home from work, and I appreciate that thank you so much

Nice spacious hotel rooms and very helpful staff. Main detractor is the location is challenging to get to and not very straightforward even with a GPS.
