Will not stay again.
The room itself was small. The bed was mismatched double size mattress on top of a queen sized frame. The covers were messy. The shower was very small and it was not a lot of water coming out of the bathroom sink. The TV reception was very cloudy… Could not really see the picture on the TV. Their idea of Breakfast was a coffee machine, with Nutri-Grain bars, slices of toast and muffins. I was placed next to the elevator where I could hear the elevator door slam ever so often.

New to clean it and complete repairs
The cleanliness of the room was lacking and stains on the carpet made it worst. Hardware on the tub was missing. I asked for fresh towels and to empty the trash, Trash was taken, and the paper lack towels were taken out, but no clean towels were left in the room. Your towels are so thin that we cannot use them more than once. First day coffee container was empty, let employee know he had to waste a couple and hot water before replacing it and apples and slices of bread are not consider in no way any type of a breakfast.

It was an ok experience clean lobby and room but not enough towels and the TV was way too small and constantly had to be connecting to the WiFi to watch it.

The room was old, furniture was old and scratched. The mattress should be replaced. I was in the roomby myself and wouldn't have wanted another person in the room, it was too small. I felt uncomfortable as an older woman traveling along and my room was at the end of the hallway at the outside door. We won't even talk about breakfast. I rebooked this room after I needed to cancel. They were kind enough to refund my money the first time I booked and they did not have to. This was the only good thing i can offer for this hotel. I truly expected more from a Wyndham property.

The fact that I’ve traveled 6hours with my family to get there and they didn’t take cash and certain bank cards which made me delayed to check in a extra 40 minutes! And it was not detailed as in my email.

There was a lot of noise from the outside traffic. Doors slammed all night and it was very noisy in our room. The shower head was held together with a plastic bag and the toilet didn’t flush well. Cleaning staff took our garbage but didn’t leave trash bags. The hotel had a musty/cigarette smell. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I had a nice stay. The rooms were decent, quiet, and cozy. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. There are plenty of dining options in the area. There is a shopping plaza and mall nearby.
