I turned my towels for new ones and I never received them, I asked the front desk for towels and I was informed that towels were unable to be passed out to the guest for the day.

Overpriced for the are! I asked to change to a room without down/feathers because I forgot to ask for it. Staff at desk gave us another room, was not a room with couch like we booked. He told us ALL rooms were the same with couch which is not true. I had to take him to the room to show him. The next room had a dirty quilt between sheet and cover on the bed, smelled like it was used, both hooks on the bathroom wall loose and fell off, and the sink was clogged would barely drain.

The door to the hall would get stuck on the carpet and needed an extra push to close it completely. It took a long while for the water in the sink and shower to get warm. The room was clean.

The pool was closed which was a bummer. The room’s drain was clogged as well so we had to switch rooms. The breakfast had a good variety but it was dine by 9 am which is way too early. Overall it was an ok stay but definitely room for improvement!

We missed breakfast, most hotels serve until 10 but u closed at 9:00😩 . I had trouble with Tv to watch anything. It would have been nice to have a print out of the channels that were available. But it was a clean & quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The room was clean. But there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. The in room coffee they had 1 serving each regular coffee and decaf. We had the room for 2 nights.. and the pool was out. Of service. The was the reason we chose the hotel

The location was very convenient to all the shops and restaurants, offering complimentary breakfasts. However, the room has no box tissue, and even when they came to clean the room, they did nothing but take the garbage.

Breakfast was good and you had a good variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable but the cleaning people should check to make sure there is enough supplies in the room for the amount of guests staying in the room plus make sure the tissue box has tissues in it. We would definitely stay again

Diddy appreciate coming back to our room on Saturday night and we walk in the lobby and all you smell so pot which is uncalled for then we go up to our room and no towels, then we had to hear a second night of yelling and doors slamming. Not a good experience this time at all

1. Handicapped room on third floor. in case of emergency unable to use stairs. 2. No hot water for shower, Was told it takes about 30 minutes to get to our room, what a waste of water. 3. The housekeeping staff did not do their job. Never cleaned the sink while we were there. Didn't make the bed one day but made next day. Never swept the hall carpet while we were there.

The pool had been “out of service” which wasn’t disclosed at the time of reservation and was a disappointment as this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel specifically. It was “ok”, just not as described.
