My stay was for 2 nights they never cleaned the room when I call to front desk they told me to just leave everything at the door and come to pick up my towels, soap and my bed sheets at front desk. The pool area you can’t bring your own water because there is a bar and you have to buy there Supposedly it’s free smoking and it smelled of marijuana the totally spoiled person booked through Travelocity when I made the reservation they gave me a price including taxes and fees and then when I checked my bank statement they had charged like $200 extra I do not recommend I never back again The only reseñable thing in this hotel is the the view to the ocean Ohh be careful with the elevators jamming Hallways suck and the breakfast too poor

Rooms was clean! The only thing I was not satisfied with is we stayed a week and had to keep gone down asking for toilet paper and towels because they don’t stock them in the rooms every day. We were told by the front desk they would come in and change sheets on Wednesday and restock towels with clean ones. I would go back though. I think they were just short handed on house keeping.

Property was nice, rooms have been remodeled but other public areas needs a little more work. STAFF is terrible, the front desk stays on their cell phones the entire time, not helpful with any issues, my room was never cleaned during my stay. Any questions to staff, was "putting them out" to try and help you. call the front desk for a question, put on hold for 25 mins. They need help BAD

Called the night before check in and they confirmed everything was good with my reservations then I get there and the person at the front desk was rude and told me my reservations were cancelled that they gave my rooms to someone else and there was nothing that could be done. We asked if they could place us in any of their other chains and she said no. We could go look if we wanted to but they they couldn’t do anything for us. Worst experience ever! Do not plan to book with them again.
