The staff was wonderful, and they get a 5 star. The facilities were not maintained. Paint chipping, chairs by the pool peeling, $10 dollar sand fee penalty but the showers arent working. Pool opens at 9, but the restroom not... Weeds coming out by the pool. Rooms small and cramped. Water was dripping on our ceiling - they have a water issues. If this really is Hilton, the've abandoned this location. Shame.

I frequently rely on the name Hilton and generally, I can depend that it is a quality stay and clean property in good condition. The stay at Park by Hilton at Virginia Beach. The facility left a lot to be desired. It was not finished from renovations and the renovations that were done were terrible. I’m very disappointed in Hilton for even putting their name on such a ramshackle hot mess!! Hilton should be ashamed and embarrassed!

The breakfast was horrible. There was cereal crumbs all over the floor. The juices were in open top jugs with no cooling method. The pool was a mess. No overnight cleaning and the chairs were dirty and worn out.
