"First of all I want to start by saying that every single employee was so nice and accommodating and professional. The room was extremely clean. But this hotel was NOISY. Our room was on the fifth floor directly above Interstate 5. All night long there was the roar of traffic and trucks and motorcycles. And then on our last night the room next door was unoccupied, and it seems like it is standard procedure for housekeeping to leave the TV on (extremely loud volume) once they’ve cleaned the room. (Not sure why, but it was on in our room when we checked in) That meant that the next door TV was blasting all night long and it went right through the wall. It was so disruptive. At least it made the freeway noise seem not so bad! And be aware that they charge for in-room wi-fi and parking is $66 a night. And I didn’t mind this, but this hotel is at the top of a steep hill and most attractions are at the bottom. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Pros: Decent location near SeaTac. Market is within a walking distance which is very convenient. Room seemed clean and organized. Free airport shuttle on site. Cons: Only one microwave available. Even though it states a no smoking area, the hallway smelled like marijuana. In my opinion, there should be a security officer on site to help reenforce such policies. Also, a male approached me in the lobby and started mumbling a ton of things. He stared and approached me in multiple occasions making me feel uncomfortable. If he would’ve approached my family, it could’ve ended with an unpleasant situation. Again, a security officer should be on site. Nobody should feel unsafe during their stay."

"Horrible stay. Will not be going back. If you wanna check in a bit early they charge you extra, one of their two elevators didn’t work the entirety of my stay so everyone is using one elevator. No one told me before checking in that they didn’t have working A/C, the bathroom doesn’t have a fan to vent, no one from maintenance answers the phone. Called the front desk three times to ask where the ice machine was and no one answered to phone. Asked the front desk in person about the A/C and was told “we left a card in your room about it” which is apparently the reverse side of the card that explains how to turn on your A/C. Didn’t think to turn it over just to be told…don’t worry about instructions to use the A/C; it doesn’t work anyway. Staff had a lack of empathy when I told them my room was too hot. They said they would bring a portable fan after I complained…which they never did. Also, if you want your room cleaned that extra too. Everything there seemed à la carte and nothing seemed to work. Never in my life will ever go back to that hotel."
