Location was perfect! The room was comfortable, clean, and such a blessing after an international flight. We got the plan with the breakfast and it was well worth it to not have to face the craziness of trying to find a meal in the terminal, a great mixture of breakfast items that would suit adults and kids from multiple continents. Truly, you would not even know you were in the main part of a large international airport. We will be making this place a regular stop on our International overnight layovers…

The Only benefit of this hotel is the location. No other hotel matches it. However, it is expensive considering the room size and the lack of amenities. Rooms are clean, but comparatively speaking, they are small. Check-in and out are self-service.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Hotel. It was super convenient for short stay before or after a flight out of the international terminal. We had an evening flight, and enjoyed a relaxing day of shopping and eating at the many restaurants and stores. There is a covered walkway to another shopping complex at an adjacent hotel. Rooms were a little small, but they were quiet, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. The window insulation is fantastic as we didn’t hear any airplane noise. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. If it wasn’t included in our room rate, we would have eaten at one of several restaurants in the terminal building. There are many great options. The hotel stored our luggage on the day of our departure, which was nice. Overall, it was great for a short stay. There is even a monorail and subway station in the terminal as well as a Landons and 7-11.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. You are right in terminal 3, so it is extremely convenient if you are arriving or flying out of Haneda. There is also a train right in the terminal in case you have to fly out of a different terminal. Overall a great experience--I will definitely stay here anytime I am flying out of Haneda!

Healthy breakfast, friendly staff, extremely clean everywhere. Keys don’t let access to other than your floor, which since we had two groups in different floors caused us a minor delay with luggage, but I can see for safety it’s a good idea.
