"First off, the location is awesome, but unfortunately it was the best part of our stay. While the resort features two restaurants with decently priced food, the quality was just meh, and you can easily find much better places to eat nearby. My main issue, however, was the beach. "Room was fine. Small for what we paid but it was clean. Staff checking in was rude, I’m glad we only stayed one night. I’ve never had attitude from staff like I did trying to check in. Checking out, the person at the counter didn’t speak to us."

Beach House Resort Hilton Head
"First off, the location is awesome, but unfortunately it was the best part of our stay. While the resort features two restaurants with decently priced food, the quality was just meh, and you can easily find much better places to eat nearby. My main issue, however, was the beach. If you are marketing yourself as a beach resort, guests should not have to pay an extra 300 dollars just to rent beach chairs. Additionally, the rooms are badly in need of an update. Our toilet overflowed to the top of the bowl every single day before finally draining, which was disgusting. On top of that, the hot water is unreliable, and if more than one person took a shower consecutively in the afternoon, the water turned freezing cold. Ultimately, this place is just okay. The location is great, but in my opinion, you can find much better options on the island for the same price."
