I arrived at 3pm for check in and mangers said he couldn't take payment system was down. I told him i already paid online but he still wouldn't let us check in.So we just went to the beach and dinner so i called before i came back they said my room was ready....got to the hotel at 10:45 pm room still not ready and had to wait another 45 mins now its after 11pm i didn't get in my room til almost 12am thee next day. So as im in the room an unpacking a man knocked on the door and says sorry but i left my Hennessey i the refrigerator then i went to the bathroom and the toilet almost threw my in the tube it moved when i sat down....Horrible stay and i paid for two queen beds and got to full beds ask front desk but that and she said we don't even have queen beds here...so y'all got it on the website but not in the room im dead right not lol 🙃 this has to be a joke

Bathroom was to small. Spread was soil. Pillows to small. I called for more towels twice no one answered the phone.

The room did not smell clean, the floor felt grimy and dirty, the door did not seal, and the bathroom was dirty, there was blood , dirt or something on the wall and a dirty handprint on the door. We left and did not stay at all, we called the hotel twice to tell them we left, they never answered the phone and we didn't get to leave a message. We also called Motel 6 twice to report the dirty conditions, but finally quick waiting in their phone system as well.

Never again. Never.

I reserved a non-smoking room. When we walked in it was the equivalent of a bar. Was told this room was what they had left and they wouldn't issue a refund. Beds were horrible. 1 washcloth. Very loud at night. Didn't feel safe.
