"They were really nice actually we got a little a little early and They allowed to still check-in. I thought when I booked the reservation that parking was free with the reservation, but they were very nice and they accommodated us for the misunderstanding that we booked on Expedia. They also were also that fees that we weren’t aware of that we thought we were already added into our Bill in which they also work with us on them as well over all the staff were very friendly and understanding the whole time that we were their. I couldn’t asked for a better staff, and the breakfast was awesome as well as the Nonalcoholic drinks because we don’t drink alcohol"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and amazing and met our expectations. The facility was so clean and everything was set up perfectly. Anything we needed they accommodated quickly and with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The views were also amazing and a great location to everything including downtown. We walked everywhere from here. We were always greeted with a smile and were always asked if we needed anything. LOVED IT!!!"

"The room was clean except where it wasn't. The bathtub drain was a real eyesore with layers of putty around the drain that were peeling and even not dried. The bed skirt had something dried and crusted on it, and had not been changed. The lobby nice, balcony view awesome, pool area nice but seasonal service, staff helpful, no quick food to grab in lobby until the coffee shop is open (7am-3pm)"
