Hotel is in need of updating. Carpet in hallways worn and a trip hazard in some areas. Hot tub was out of service, no coffee in room, and had to indure high pressure pitch to attend time share sales presentation from conceirge.

We arrived at the hotel after 4:00. Part of our party wasn’t able to check in to their rooms until after 6:00. They were told they would receive free parking to compensate for the inconvenience but that never happened. We were charged $62 for a bar tab to our room. We discovered this at check out. I questioned the charges and was made to feel like I was lying. We will not stay here again.

Hotel is dated. Carpets in halls need attention. The toilet in our room kept running. I felt like we were missing towels. Since we were only there one night I let it go. Very convenient for concert across the street st arena.

Overall stay was great! Recommendations; Add another valet attendant during high volume times, It took me over 20 minutes to get my car on Sunday morning, as a result I missed holy mass and had to go to another mass later. Have the maids come after check out time, they woke me early on Monday morning. Did not see a Do not disturb sign. The bathroom needs a vent or fan to exhaust the shower steam.

Wouldn't sleep there

Pros: It was close to Scott Trade center where the concert we went to see was located.
Cons: Clean your hotel, put brighter lights in so you can see what you are cleaning and don't bill me for things I didn't charge to my room.
Location: You don't want to stray too far, there were vagrants camped out all around he hotel.
There was food waste in the halls. The room was really dark. There was some sort of disgusting substance on the wall by the bed that smelled and there was large amounts of dust/hair/dirt in the corners by the bed. There as a long line to check into the hotel due to staff slowness, manager and assistant manager just watched clerks instead of helping customers waiting in line. In general the place was just dirty and parts of the hotel were in disrepair, like the elevator wasn't working properly and the fountain in the hotel wasn't filled with water. They also charged us $50 for incidentals, an actual charge to our card instead of just an approval. Supposedly they do this and then refund the money later however I have yet to see any refund issued and it has been four days. We stay places often enough and most places put through an authorization on your card but then only charge you if anything was charged to your room. I'm guessing they are collecting interest on my money while I wait. After the concert was over instead of staying in the dirty dark room we immediately checked out and went home.

NOT PLEASED

THIS HOTEL HAS GONE DOWN HILL. VERY BAD. I BOOKED A ROOM ON 4/6/18. STAINS ON ALL THE WALLS IN MY ROOM. STAINS ON THE CARPET AND FURNITURE. LET OUT COUCH WAS DISGUSTING. MY FAMILY AN I ENDED UP LEAVING. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. PARKING IS $25 PER DAY. WHAT A RIP OFF. THEY CHARGE YOU $20 PER DAY IF YOU WANT A MICROWAVE IN YOUR ROOM. AND NO COVERS OR SHEETS FOR THE LET OUT COUCH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE.

Not good

Started off when we arrived we had to wait an hour to park because they let the public park there for a concert leaving people that actually were staying at the hotel with no place to park. I finally walked down the road while my wife was in line to park just so I could get checked in. Get up to check in at 630 pm and we were told rooms weren't ready. Keep in mind I booked this room months ago. The concert started at 7. Once I finally was able to get up to my room and shower it was already 715. Missed the first hour of the show. After the concert people were so loud in the lobby and on our floor I actually had to complain. Someone puked all over a trash can by the elevator and it was still there the next morning when we left. We've stayed here many times but this may be the last. Was very disappointed in the service and quality.

Only plus is location

Second stay at hotel, first stay involved a night time blackout that hotel didn't care about the inconvenience. Location by Scottrade was key in decision to stay again. Disappointed in several areas, parking went up 25%, elevators worked occasionally, ice maker and vending machine on floor were out of order, hallways smelled like smoke(legal & not), and visible debris on floor in room. Staff was friendly.
