The floors in the room were always wet. The shuttle told my 3 guest that his van was full and he would be back but he never showed up and they walked to Quality Inn! I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THEM BEING ABANDONED AT THE AIRPORT. This was their 1st trip from Minnesota to Missouri and Quality Inn was not hospitable and made all of us feel unsafe. The dead bolt on the door would not lock, the pool had not been drained or swam in for god knows how long, no elevator,the room smelled moldy all this and more for $133 per night? NEVER AGAIN. Way too expensive for a crappie motel. Oh yeah and NO COFFEE in the room and only Decaf in the lobby. I should have used my free comp rooms at the Casino. Would have been a WHOLE lot better.

I needed a room for one night and the location to the airport was great, otherwise the hotel needs a MAJOR renovation.

The bathroom wasn't clean right the toilet was broke one of the beds had burn holes in the blanket the floor was dirty

The staff was welcoming and professional. They recommended I arrive 2 hours before my flight, however they did not inform me that security at the airport did not open until 4am. Security at STL airport never opens before 4am. I could have slept 30 minutes longer if they had informed me of this. It is something they should know so they can pass this info onto other guests.
