The room was in disrepair. Molding coming off the walls Sheet rock had chunks off at the bottom of some walls. Rusty kleenex wall holder in bathroom. Last occupant left cooked food in the fridge poorly wrapped, made refrigerator smell. Very noisey. Room doors slam. If on the first floor you can hear all the movement in the room above you. Very busy street. Lots of traffick noise.

Bad stay no help

I got dropped off at the BusPort Parking lot A by Greyhound. I called the hotel at 11:15pm about being picked up by the shuttle to get told they cant pick up there because they dont know where it is (even though you pass right by it on your way out of the airport). The shuttle driver then tells me to get over to the terminal doors and call back then they will come and get me. We hang up at 11:20pm. I arrive over at the terminal at 11:35pm and call back just to be told they cant come and get me because they stop running at 11:15 even though I had just hung up with them not even 15 minutes before that and to get told they cannot help me now. I finally get to check in at the hotel at 12:15am and have to pay a $100 deposit even though I have to check out at 3am for my flight out and the shuttle doesnt start until 4am. The shower had no pressure and the beds were hard. I will never stay here again. The only reason I was even staying was so I was close to the airport and could ride teh shuttle back and forth.

Old dirty shoe insers on shelf in closet area, electrical outlet hanging out of wall, fire alarm cover off and battery half disconnected in room. Carpet very dirty in hallway/stairs, no elevator so make sure to ask for room on first floor if stairs are a no go.

So many things were unacceptable. My bed was made only with a sheet and no blanket. I had to ask the front desk for a blanket twice and they ended up giving me a mattress pad. Not a blanket. I would have dealt with just the sheet but the heater in the room didnt work. I had the "heat" blasting on 86 and it was spewing out more cold air. Shower dirty and full of hair. TV had no connection. $100 surprise deposit. Avoid this place!

the room looked like it was cleaned with dirty water, streaks on the floor, felt sticky when you walked. In the bathroom the shower head had paint covering the holes, the sealant for the shower surround looks like it was put on be a toddler (poor workmanship), the counter had a large vertical crack down the front like someone jumped on it. I arrived late; the night person wasn't paying attention to anything but his phone. I had to call him so i could even check in, I waited over 5 min.

There was no phone in the room, there was no hair dryer I even asked for one and was told the front desk person would find one and bring it to me…he never did…the tv was messed up and wouldn’t work. The only breakfast other than cereal was waffles and there was only 1 waffle maker so you had to wait

There was ants everywhere. All over our food. She expresses not to smoke but the room already smelled of smoke. Bathroom faucet was broken. Towel rack was hanging off the wall. The tub was dirty. I won’t be staying there again and would love to have money back for the inconvenience,
