Place was a little south from Main Street where all shops are but still within walking distance. Beautiful building in great condition. Large parking 2 blocks away. Highly recommend you go for it if you have not been to experience this place for yourself. Fantastic breakfast that blew away other bed n breakfast, great atmosphere.

What a bed/breakfast SHOULD be! Amazingly well kept building with very comfortable, clean and individually themed rooms. Fresh cookies/wine every day. The Kenwood Inn is a beautifully restored and maintained historic house in a really nice part of historic Saint Augustine. We loved our stay with our two dogs. The room was perfect and beautifully furnished. Pat and the entire staff are wonderful!! The breakfast is incredible. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff is friendly and accommodating; the breakfasts are 3 - course gourmet offerings. The garden has a coy pond and salt water pool. There are only two bikes for guests to use, but most of the city is within walking distance. I would gladly return.
