+The twin bedroom is an adjoined suite with a queen bed in the connected room. Adjoined suite a 4th upstairs bedroom.

Just a short drive to the beach, you’ll enjoy all the beach has to offer, from strolling along the shore to swimming in the ocean. Or dine alfresco and take in the sea salt breeze from the inter coastal in nearby downtown.

The house can sleep up to 8 adults OR 8 adults and 2 children. We have a mini crib for infants.

A gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook up anything you need. We take pride in outfitting our kitchen with:

Our house is in old town so all the sight seeing is where we are. Although we are near the water and sailing cruises, there are no beaches in downtown.
There are so many beaches nearby:
🏖️ Anastasia State Park (3 miles). Many people bike there. It’s an 8 minute drive. Bike rentals are just down the street from our house at the Lincolnville museum.
🏖️ Vilano Beach, 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
🏖️ St. Augustine Beach- 10-15 min, park anywhere along the island (free parking)

You’re welcome to enjoy all rooms of the home. The office closet will be locked off as the owners cleaning and supply closet. Otherwise, please make yourself at home.

Lincolnville is a historic neighborhood located in downtown St. Augustine that is known for its vibrant cultural heritage and unique architecture. It was originally settled by freed slaves and other African American families after the Civil War.

You will be fascinated by the beautiful historic homes and buildings that line the streets of Lincolnville. Many of these structures were built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and have been carefully preserved over the years. You can take a leisurely walk through the neighborhood and appreciate the unique blend of Victorian, Queen Anne, and other architectural styles that are on display.

If you're a foodie, you will love the many restaurants and cafes that call Lincolnville home. There are several eateries that specialize in Southern cuisine, as well as other cuisines from around the world. A popular breakfast cafe is a 2-3 minute walk from the home.

In addition to its architecture, Lincolnville is also known for its rich cultural offerings. There are several historic sites and museums in the area that explore the history and contributions of African Americans in St. Augustine and beyond. These include the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, the St. Augustine Black Heritage Trail, and the Fort Mose Historic State Park.

We have 3 total dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking (not in front of the house). 2 spaces are driveway and 1 is garage parking.

Less than 1 mile to shops and restaurants or a very short Uber ride.

We allow dogs with prior approval and a $60 fee. Please be respectful of our home and neighborhood and pickup after your pet and do not leave them in the yard when you are not in the house. We have many full time residents around us. We’re sorry but no German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Dalmatians, Great Pyrenees, Doberman Pinschers or aggressive dogs of any kind. Dogs who cannot be left unattended without excessive barking may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

A $500 deposit is collected through Airbnb prior to arrival.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, be mindful of keep doors and windows closed.
A $250 deposit is collected prior to check-in and refunded within 48 hours of checkout.

As a small business we cannot afford to cover last minute cancellations for any reason including weather. Travel insurance is highly suggested.

Any parties or third party bookings will be cancelled without refund (bookings made for someone else).

We are happy to be able to offer a dog friendly home however, excessive barking or disturbance to the neighborhood will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
