Nice place overall. But still some things were strange to witness: no hand sanitizer in the hotel (unrefilled), no hot/warm water to drink during the day - the only option I was offered was to fill a cup with cold water and microwave it… Surely not Hilton’s level. The water in the jacuzzi was the same temperature as in the regular pool. Good place, but definitely with room for an improvement

Not so good for this Honor Member!

The location was good, walking distance to parts of St.augustine. THERE WAS no Breakfast, it was 15 dollars to eat Breakfast. Parking 25 a night. Yeah i felt like this Doubletree Hilton was after your money. I wont go back to this Hotel:

Pre-paid waste of money you can never get back…

We paid 400$ for a single night, that ended up not including breakfast like other hotels for far less money; we had to pay $25 for parking in the hotel parking lot that was already full and no spots available and had to park on the side if the road. No refunds, and a surprise $75 fee that covers parking and other amenities if you use them; which we didn’t and i still received no refund of $50. The room was musty and mold was on AC vents causing the smell. The room was dusty, and only one set of shower towels was available for two people. This was terrible and we will never stay at a Doubletree location again.

Nice but hells bells what it is Hilton having block hard beds it’s like sleeping on concrete. They could use medium form beds! Also it was the first time for us that you had to pay for your continental breakfast at $17 to boot. That was very disappointing. And if you want no sleep find a Hilton with softer beds. As none of us slept well with Rock hard mattresses. And they charge $25 a day paring in their own parking lots. Other than that the staff was amazing and place was very clean.

Keep your eyes open

The front desk staff left a bit to be desired. I went down to get more creamer/coffee for the room because the creamer was expired from July and curdled in the coffee. I took a picture and went down to the front desk and was told to come back later and show the manager. The pool was crystal clear but the amount of bugs/leaves lead me to believe no one tended to it recently. I know FL has hard water and mineral deposits accumulate on the shower head but it should be cleaned frequently to prevent customers from seeing it
