The effort to separate customers from their is spectacular. $25 to deliver a cup of coffee, no coffee maker in the room, no space in the fridge because it is filled with treats that trigger cost if you move them. I have visited several times and am disappointed in the changes that focus more on squeezing every penny from a visitor rather than customer service. We came down for the great food, which there is in plenty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was disappointed in the bathtub and the view. Next time I will stay in the Cosmopolitan and have a deck and better view.

Buyer beware! No matter what you think you paid to stay at the Bellagio, they immediately charge you resort fees. After talking to several other people in the hotel, these fees are not consistent for everyone. Pay what they demand or lose your room and your money! DIRTY ASHTRAY! The entire hotel smells like a dirty ashtray. The smoke is so bad, that if you are a non-smoker, you will not be able to breathe! Upon check out, they hand you a receipt for the resort fees that is higher than at check in, then hand you another envelope that has a receipt that is even higher! Slight of hand scammers!!! Read all of your paperwork or better yet, find a different hotel.
