"Very few activities on the property with close to none nightly entertainment events. Staff is not very friendly. Post check out time, they don't even let you use anything on the property unlike any other all inclusive resorts. "

"I stayed at One. It was lovely and staff were great but my balcony faced Margaritaville. Non stop noise from 9am until 9pm. The same music blasting on a loop and screeching children. If you are good with that, enjoy. Not me. "

"The room was clean; however, it was difficult to get fresh towels. The staff were mostly friendly, but there were times when they seemed annoyed or ignored you completely, the Wi-Fi is awful. We had no Wi-Fi in our room, and the only place you could get Wi-Fi was in the lobby area."
