The front desk staff are improving on their customer service and people skills since the last few visits of my stay. However, housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. I found several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the room that I occupied during my stay and felt the need to dispose of them myself which should never be the duty of the guest but to give myself a "peace of mind", I went ahead and dust the areas that were untouched . Also, the pillows could be a little bit more firm to provide lumbar support for a better night's rest.

Since my last few visis, I've noticed an improvement with the front desk staff having improved their customer service and people skills.... they were very accommodating. However, it would be nice if housekeeping paid better attention to detail when cleaning.The rooms tend to be a little on the dusty side and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I felt the need to dispose of them just to give myself a "peace of mind" for the duration of my stay. Also, the pillows tend to be a little on the softer side. It would be nice if they were a little more firm to provide better lumbar support and sleep.

One of the front desk staff was not friendly.. very unprofessional. I understand there were a lot of guests here because of the 4th of July holiday approaching and she probably felt a little overwhelmed but it's never an excuse to be unfriendly with the guests. I chose a corner room on purpose to eliminate some of the noise but of course there's always that one gas that's going to be a little noisier than others.

Restaurant Evolution was pretty bad. Had room service, ordered two main dishes, neither were that tasty. Asked for a pitcher of water, got 3 throw away cups of water, asked for decaf, got regular and was up for hours. Boo.
