Great location and very nice house

We loved the location, the neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful views. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, good kitchen facilities and laundry room. Wifi works well. Living room dining areas were very nice.

Clean and comfortable

The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was well-stocked with amenities, including laundry detergent, which was a big help. From the living room, we had a great view of Capitol Butte. Although there was no dishwasher, the house had a washing machine, dryer, a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The yard was spacious as well, and I think it would be even nicer if the weeds were cleared. There were a few minor issues, such as one of the bathrooms not having hot water and poor drainage, but the Guest Contact responded promptly and resolved everything quickly. I would love to come back again.

Great spot for a stay in Sedona

This was a really nice place to stay and is close to a couple of easy/moderate hikes. We had a car and frequently went uptown to shop and eat. This was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic stay!!

The home is just gorgeous. The views are also gorgeous! This place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we felt very safe and relaxed. Would definitely stay again! Super convenient location 5-10 minutes from shops and restaurants

Amazing home

The home exceeded our expectations! It was centrally located to everything and we definitely plan on staying there again. Only 2 minor issues, like others have said in their review (firm mattresses) and the master shower head needs to be cleaned/replaced bc it was a trickle versus hard water pressure so we all showered in the second bathroom. No big deal. The place was clean, quiet and truly amazing. Best VRBO we’ve ever rented!!!

Great Location

Walk 2 blocks to a trailhead. This is great when Sedona is packed and parking can be a problem. This is an older home that could use updating on insulation of the master bathroom (shower is very cold in the winter), and leaking faucets in the bathtub. Note that there is not a dishwasher. We were disappointed not to be able to use the fireplace. Overall the great location out weighs all the negatives.

Minimal ice tray in freezer. Not enough hangers in bedrooms for clothing. Only 1 television for entertainment. Non slip mats needed in showers. Note on water cooler to fill and purchase , instead of providing water. Why have a water cooler if it is not complimentary? But overall a great home to vacation in.

Well situated in West Sedona. The property has a great view of the red rocks and has a nice mm layout. It was very clean and well stocked. We would recommend to friends as well as request this property on a return stay.

Good, Cute Place

Loved the artsy and creative decor! We enjoyed the tea selection and the comfortable furniture. I cannot read Dutch but if you can there are some cool antique books to check out. The heater sounds like a ghost the first time you hear it which was really cool IMO. Honestly the vibes are immaculate and the design ‘ate and left no crumbs’.

Nice view

The view of the house and for the price can’t be beat. As other reviews have mentioned, the beds are all very hard. If you like a firm bed, you will be okay. One of our guest refused to sleep in it and slept on the couch instead. The house was very clean and well equipped. As guest from Florida, I would recommend at least putting the house at 60 degrees instead of 55, as we were all freezing for the first few hours. Overall the stay was great for the price.

Wonderful

Perfect location for finding hikes, shops, restaurants, and neighboring towns. Great view from the house added a relaxing stay. Added bonus with things to do within walking distance from the house. I’d book here again if visiting Sedona.

The house was in a great neighborhood with gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay, however the beds were particularly uncomfortable, the coffee pot did not work and there were very few wash clothes for a party of 5.

Great house. Loved the views and the neighborhood. The Keurig coffee maker was a big plus! Note to mgmt: The Mr. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Takes an hour to make coffee.

Beautiful View! Great location!

This house was a great find in Sedona! The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood but it's very close to downtown Sedona and lots of walking trails. It only took about 5 minutes to drive into downtown Sedona but the house us so calm and quiet you would never guess you are that close to all the hustle and bustle. The house was clean and spacious with great views and a really awesome location. There is a trail head .1 miles from the house that is a beautiful easy hike. The trail connects to longer and more difficult trails so it's great for people who want to just take a nice walk or people who want to do serious hiking. Three of us stayed in the house but there is ample room for a party of 6. My only issues with the property were the beds and towels. The beds were VERY hard and the towels were old and worn. This wouldn't stop me from booking the property for a short trip but I don't think I could sleep on those hard beds more than a few nights. Overall I would definitely recommend this rental.

Sedona Stay

Property was well situated in Sedona and easy to get around to our area destinations. Low temperatures were in the 20's, and so heating in the house was hard to figure out. Two bedrooms were hot and the master was warm but the master bath had no heat. Bedrooms that weren't the master bedroom didn't have enough bath towels in them. We couldn't find the dust pan to use to clean up. Landscaping hadn't been tended to for awhile. Otherwise all appliances worked and the neighborhood was quiet. The mountain views were wonderful from this property.
