Great location & facility

Pros: Multiple rooms and amenities: kitchen, large bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub, fireplace in the living room, and clothes washer & dryer
Cons: Open lobby before 8 AM.
Location: Hotel is located on an elevated area with great view of mountains and within walking or short-driving distance from restaurants, shops and stores.
Wonderful location for quick access to restaurants, stores (1 mile to Whole Foods) and hiking trails and hotel room and facilities are very attractive (spacious suites, large & well equipped gym, pool & hot tubs (3) are superior, and staff is helpful and was always friendly. Definitely would stay there again as it was consistent with our past high quality Hyatt Residence experience.

Beautiful views from Pool

Pros: views
Location: Sedona is beautiful, but there is nothing to do except go to touristy art shops. You can drive into Oak Creek Canyon for hiking.
We did not know this was a 'residence club' when we booked on Travelocity. Basically, that just meant each room had a kitchenette. But, it also meant there was no restaurant at the hotel or bar at the pool. It was fine - we found a place to buy beer and wine. The room was tight for how much stuff they tried to cram in there, but it was very nice and clean. The balcony had a nice view. The wild boars/pigs on the property, however (the javelinas) were disgusting. I'm not sure why they have not been moved to a wildlife area. The staff knows about them but did not warn us. We were forced to ask after confronted with one. Overall, I would recommend, as long as you know what you are getting into.

Close to everything downtown

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. I would love to stay here every time I visit Sedona beautiful place.

Everybody was super friendly!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
We wished we could stay longer, we didn't get to use the fireplace or pool or gym. We loved the tub.

awesome 360 degree views

Hyatt Pinon Point Sedona was one of my best vacations

I came in on an Interval International Time Share Exchange and liked it so much that I extended my stay an extra night! I rated this resort 5 stars across the board and sincerely mean it!

Awesome Family Hotel/Condo

We spent 2 nights at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe the week of Thanksgiving and couldn't have been happier with our condo. Clean, roomy, comfortable, well outfitted. For the price, $169 a night, our 1 Bedroom condo was an extremely good value. The location is very central to everything Sedona has to offer, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the view was breathtaking. I'm an Arizona native and have stayed in many hotels in Sedona. This is by far my favorite. We'll definitely stay here again.

Sheets on bed were not clean. Towel were yellow not white. Windows were dirty with finger prints. Staff did not care when complain
