Our spacious SINGLE-LEVEL home is located in the heart of West Sedona just minutes away from a network of trails, the most popular restaurants & excursion sites in town. You are literally just 2-10 minutes away from everything, yet feel tucked away into a quiet little corner. Upon entering the front door, you are WOW'd by two panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a perfect picture of Red Rock views that lure so many to this vortex-vibed magnetic town! As you walk through the home, you'll continue to capture this serene scene from the wide-open family room, kitchen, master, and the front bedroom. The home offers 4 generously sized bedrooms + 4 FULL bathrooms - ALL of them being En-Suites! How convenient is that for 4 couples traveling together or 2 small families?! No rushing thru your morning bathroom time because others are waiting their turn. The 4th bedroom is located in an attached Casita which has its own kitchen, dining, living, bedroom & full bathroom. Access to the Casita is just 4-steps up from the Garage. The sofa in the Casita turns into a very comfortable double sleeper bed.
The home's floorplan suits various accommodation configurations since the set-up is remarkably unique & hard to find in Sedona!
We've made conscious efforts to curate each space, emphasizing two major factors:
1. Convenience of use, and easy flow around the house.
2. Modern furnishings/decor that eludes a warm welcoming aura.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets, cookware, dinnerware, and basic spices you would need to cook up a sprawling dinner. We even have an herb garden in the backyard! Don't worry about running over to a cafe in the morning. Use the Keurig machine & a drip-coffee machine to make yourself coffee or tea. And if you're an early riser, you may want to enjoy your cup of coffee sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs in the sideyard watching a glorious sunrise. And then, maybe some morning yoga? Grab a yoga mat, go up to the terrace, and loosen your joints by stretching to "Surya Namaskar".
The formal dining area is part of a large open space, conveniently located next to the kitchen. We've furnished it with a 110-inch long dining table that easily seats up to 10 members. Imagine setting up fancy & elaborate dinner spreads during Thanksgiving and Holidays, creating lasting memories with your loved ones! But, when on vacation, who truly wants to cook up a storm? You just want to make dinner in a snap. For those low-key dinners, fire up the BBQ on the back patio or lay out a nice charcuterie board & pour some wine while gazing at Thunder Mountain illuminated by the rays of the setting sun. Ah, so relaxing!
This huge dining room is so large that we've also furnished a section with a soft comfy couch & TV for your post-dinner hangouts. For your little ones, there's also a high chair. ...oh, and a pack & play located in the Primary Bedroom closet.
Bringing your cute pup? We've got you covered. The large dining room has a dedicated space for all your doggy needs. We welcome all Hypoallergenic dogs. Limit 1 dog per stay. For all other dog types, kindly ask for permission before booking. We have cleaning staff who are allergic to dog hair so we must run it by them first.
Hiking is the #1 activity in Sedona. But, if you've enjoyed a couple of treks already & prefer to stay indoors, yet need to burn off some calories, head over to the air-conditioned/heated garage/Gameroom, and bam! You have a lot of options - shoot some hoop & beat your partner in a game or two, swing them arms playing ping-pong, enjoy Connect-4 on the wall, or select one of the 12,000 games available on the video-arcade game machine. And, while having fun in the Gameroom, turn the TV on to watch a football game. Never missing a beat. If you want to be outdoors, go throw some corn-hole in the backyard.
Prefer a more relaxed atmosphere? No problem. We have that too. Head over to the backyard patio and sink into a comfortable large sofa or chair. Or take the spiral staircase to enjoy our rooftop terrace with unobstructed views! You'll find ample seating for all plus a couple of comfortable camping cots to witness some of Sedona's best star-gazing. You might even be able to catch a cool crisp view of a planet thru the strong-lens Telescope we have provided for your scientifically-curious minds.
