Convient location, only about 12 minutes from downtown. Excellent selection for breakfast. Room wasnr the fanciest and bathroom needed cleaning. Overall worked just fine for our overnight stay & pricepoint was appropriate

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! BY FAR!

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: Higher professionalism and better customer service...
I visited Savannah for a church event with my self, family, and our church's first lady as our guest..Me and my family were treated HORIBLY by this hotel and the unprofessionalism of the staff was by far the WORST... The manager treated me and my family like we were nothing... The hotel maid staff rambled through our families things...The hotel manger refuses to speak with us... The hotel smelled like marijuana on my hall way until they moved us to another room.. The front desk clerk swiped our car multiple times causing a fraud alert from my CC company. She acknowledged the mistake and told me to come in the next day to swipe my card again and not to worry about it.... I left that morning and came back to find that they had thrown our things in trash bags and put them behind the front desk of the hotel .... All because they said they had no card on file ... No one bother to call me and simple tell me there was an issue... Or at best just deactivate the keys so that I had no choice but to come back to the front.. Instead they though it best to throw our things into bags and place them up front by the desk..I have never been so humiliated and insulted in my life... The manager has yet to respond to me in reference to my stay... The front desk clerk sat down the WHOLE TIME while checking us in.... WE DID NOT DESERVE THIS ! ...##do not stay here!

Awful.... Do Not Stay Here

Location: We were there for Medical reasons
I reserved (2) rooms on Travalocity a week ahead of time so that I would be assured we had somewhere to stay due to driving over 2 hours and arriving in Savannah late in the evening for my 78 year old Mother in Law to have surgery at St. Josephs/Candler early the next morning and had to be there at 5:00 am. We arrived at hotel around 7:30 pm to check in only to be told there were no rooms available. While we were checking in there were several other customers calling and coming to front desk complaining about rooms not being clean and not having any rooms when they also reserved rooms online. They told us to come back in about 10 minutes to talk to the Night Manager. While we were outside waiting in car we saw two men come out of hotel with their luggage. We went back inside and was told two rooms just cam available but the rooms weren't clean and they would have to call cleaning crew in to clean rooms and it would be at least 1 hour before we could get in them. We were already exhausted from spending a long day at hospital in Statesboro due to our granddaughter being born. Then the long drive and now having to sit outside in car and wait for 1 hr more to be able to get a room. Well we finally got in a room at 9:30 pm. 2 hours later. We asked Night Manager about a discount on the rooms and he said since it was already paid thru Travalocity that we would have to talk to them at checkout. Nice quaint hotel in Savannah

Pros: The space, cleanliness and the feel of the room
Cons: I'm sure there was something but I was only there for one night and it had everything I needed.
Location: It's about 10 minutes from the riverwalk
I only needed a hotel for one night while in Savannah for a wedding and didn't want to spend a lot of money for a room I wouldn't be in. I was pleasantly surprised though at the space of the room, the cleanliness and the feel of the room. I would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat.

Will book there again!

Pros: It was very clean for an affordable hotel.
Location: The location was near wonderful restaurants and stores.
The best hotel in Savannah at an affordable rate. It was very clean and bug free.

Pros: Clean and reasonably priced. Convenient.
Cons: Larger hotel sign
Location: Near downtown Savannah and 15 mins from Tybee
Hotel was nice. Convenient to downtown. Had a nice stay. Only issue I had was the fact that the sign to the hotel is small and hotel is behind other business.
