This is a very unique Costa Rica Property located within close proximity of Playa Hermosa. This incredible hacienda sits on a private 4 acre parcel along side the Sardinal River with beautiful mountain views and Costa Rican wildlife. If tropical peace wasn’t on the agenda, you can take a 10 minute drive to the ocean. This is a newly constructed, modern contemporary home with many amenities for relaxation, fun and entertainment. The home was designed with privacy in mind, 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Property is beautifully landscaped with many things to do and keep you occupied. Take advantage of Costa Rican weather in your private pool or jacuzzi while relaxing to tranquil sounds of waterfall fountains. The pool house accommodations include an outdoor kitchen, bathroom, changing room and a hibachi grill! You may grill up a catch of the day by yourself or simply sit back, relax and let one of our private chef’s handle the culinary activities. Whether it’s a family getaway or celebrating something special this home can accommodate your desires. Boredom isn’t on the agenda, there are plenty of things to see, do, experience and enjoy. Children can play on their private basketball court, or play scape while you enjoy a poolside massage and a drink topped with fresh garden fruit. I wish I could give this property and its host Joe more stars than allowed! My family and I stayed at this stellar property over the Christmas holiday week and I can easily say this was our best vacation as a family by far. For a host to be communicating with me the entire week is above and beyond anything I have experienced as a relatively frequent VRBO renter. We opted for Chef Franck (a local restaurant owner) to cook for us our first 3 days, which included the evening of Xmas Eve. Chef exceeded my expectations and then invited my family to lunch at his restaurant on Xmas day as his gift to us. But it doesn’t stop there….Flaco Taxista was our shuttle service end to end from the airport to Price Smart so we could get food, to checking to see if we needed anything and delivering, to picking up my husband separately from the rest of his because my husband wasn’t feeling well and more. This was the first time I was organizing our family vacation in a different country that was not in a tourist hotel area and we all agree how smoothly everything went and how well taken care of we were. I could go on and on, but know you will NOT be disappointed renting this property for your trip to Costa Rica. Pura Vida, indeed!

Casa Anastasia

We loved our stay at Casa Anastasia! Our host Joseph was excellent, great communication and very helpful along with the Lu the property manager who met us on our arrival. There is security on the property 24/7 and he was so nice and friendly. He made sure the pool was ready to go for us everyday! We were given plenty of information on things to do around the area. We didn't opt for any excursions because staying at the house was so relaxing and peaceful. The pool area was where we hung out the most and we pampered ourselves with the chef meal one night which was incredible! The house is as detailed in the description and we did have some spiders in the house also....it is Costa Rica after all! We saw howler monkeys, white face monkeys, lots of iguanas and some parakeets all on the property! Oh and frogs and huge grasshoppers mostly at the pool area. The location is about a 20min drive to Coco beach and about 25-30 mins to Matapalo beach which we preferred because it was quieter and the little bar there was awesome! I would totally recommend this house for groups of about 6 people. Pura Vida!!

Wonderland

Fantastic property if you enjoy privacy and security. The personal guard on property was an added bonus. Pool is large and refreshing. The beds real comfortable which is hard to fine in a rental home. Large kitchen along with large property. We are looking forward to renting again from Joseph again. He is a great communicator and quick to respond.

Beautiful Oasis

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at Casa Anastasia. The grounds were well maintained and the pool and bbq area were amazing. The house was comfortable and accommodated our large group. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens. Joseph was easy to get a hold of and although we ran into some issues he quickly and effectively resolved them. The security guard was so sweet and made us feel so safe. He is a hard worker and maintains the large property. Overall, our stay here was so pleasant and I would recommend this home to anyone!

Property was as described; beautiful!

Joe was very accessible, accommodating, and patient. The grounds keeper Jose was excellent! He made sure to turn on the pool first thing in the morning, the grounds were clean, and everything we needed was taken care of. Jose was definitely an asset to this experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this beautiful home.
