Our room had not been cleaned from the previous people and the shuttle was not available for us due to lack of space. However they did get us another clean room and the stay was very good. The restaurant had very good food.

The dinner we had was great. Our servers was very attentive. Room clean. Bed not comfortable. AC was extremely noisy. It was like being on a factory floor manufacturing wind turbines. 4th floor. Can’t recommend this hotel because of that. Not a good sleep for even one night. We will book elsewhere in the future.

It was an overnight stay for an early flight. Instead of staying in Tamarindo and take the bus early, we decided to book at the Hilton. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and shuttle was good too. I was too tired to make it to the restaurant. Pool was right outside our room. No complaint and will stay here again.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport. When we got to our room, there was an open used soap bar in the shower and the tub didn’t drain well. We tried to call the front desk but no one answered. Otherwise good hotel, close to the airport with transportation.

The front desk took a very long time to set us up with a room. The attendant kept going to the back office- leaving me waiting at the desk- not knowing what was going on. I thought continental breakfast was included- but it was not. The restaurant seating was around the pool. So if you want to go swimming - prepare to be watched by people dining. We were put in a conjoined room that had a door to another room. I could hear everything going on in that room. It was not nice. Overall I might try the Hampton next time I have to stay at the airport. I was just expecting better care from the Hilton.

This is in a great location, and the rooms were perfect. And it was nice to have dinner at their restaurant poolside. The other bonus was the shuttle to the airport. Will stay here every time when visiting this region.

The he AC unit was very loud and kept me up all night. I called in maintenance and the worker said it was normal. I’ve stayed here multiple times and know that it was definitely not normal.
