Great Location

We've stayed at Blue Lupine Condos for many years. We've stayed in various condos within the property but this was our first time staying at this particular Condo. This condo is amazing! Great location with direct pool access! Condo was clean and well organized.

Few upgrades

As adult stayed in bunk room. Furnishing pretty primitive even for kids room. Patio tall chairs heavy and cumbersome and tipsy when climbing into. They’re beach looking but no one liked them. So minor things . Overall very enjoyable stay.

Great Location and Unit is Beachfront / Next to the pool

We always stay at Blue Lupine but first time in this unit. I love that it is beach and pool front. The unit has been remodeled and is very nice. I already booked this same unit for our Fall break!

Perfect for families

Perfect setup for families with young children. Had everything we needed. As a bonus, I left my nice headphones behind and the housekeeping staff found them. A staff member, Maria Pruitt, was so very kind to retrieve them and take them to a friend who lives 2 miles from the unit. She was so kind and personable! We had such a wonderful time and will be going back! Can’t say enough about our visit to Santa Rosa! Thank you!

Awesome location - rough unit

This unit has several issues. The fridge struggled to keep things cold, the kitchen table is broken, there isn’t a bed frame is the second king bedroom, there is no storage for clothes (basically no real furniture), and the cleanliness was TERRIBLE. Floors were sticky, baseboards were disgusting, stove and counter top had chucks of food stuck in them. It was just pretty gross. The good…The rental company was very kind and responsive and the location next to the pool, hot tub and beach is super convenient.

Blue Mountain Beach Condo

The Blue Mountain Beach Condo was absolutely perfect for our friends vacation! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 1-5. The best thing about the condo is that it is on the ground level so we could walk right out to the pool/ beach! Very easy with little ones! We couldn’t recommend this condo enough!

We really had a wonderful time. The access to the beach was great. Now, as far as the beach chair setup. That was absolutely terrible. For a three bedroom three bath condo I feel there should be parking for at least two vehicles. The washer and dryer are way too small. Nice vacay though!!!

Somewhat disappointed with the condo. Outdated , mattresses need to be changed.

Nice location, pool was just steps away. Mattress’s in bunk room are awful. Jacuzzi tub is broken. Needs updates. We were the first ones to stay in this condo since the new owners purchased it in 2019. Thought we’d go back to same unit but will not unless updates are made.

Great quiet location.

We loved the location. Quiet. Private and not packed at all. Just a half mile walk to eating and shops. Overall the property could have used a bit of updating, mostly the kitchen supplies as everything was extremely cheap and OLD. For what I paid to rent the unit, it would have been nice to have what’s needed to cook a meal for the family. We would Have loved if the unit came with items necessary for a full day at the beach. Perhaps some sand toys, a cooler, some rafts or floats and overall just useful beach items for when families fly and not drive.

Beach condo condition

We were an hour late getting to check in because the condo had not been cleaned. She cleaned it in one hour so it was not the cleanest. Sand on trundle bed, coffee pot not cleaned, residue still in blender, grease spots on the stove. The ice machine had mold but my daughter did clean it. Not what I was use to staying at condos at Blue Mountain Inn.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We could walk out our door and down a few steps and be right on the beautiful white sandy beaches! The sliding door from the living room was broken and couldn’t be used but we didn’t seem to miss it. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great getaway

This large 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 6 ranging in age from 9 months up. The direct beach and pool access was so nice as we could use the bathroom and grab snacks whenever needed without going through a building and up an elevator. the property is in a safe and attractive neighborhood and close to amenities. We appreciated that everything we needed was on site, and that we had so much room to spread out.

Fall Break Vaca

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time to Santa Rosa Beach. The unit was nice and convenient being located on the first level. We could walk right out to the pool and just down the stairs to the beach. The beach was so beautiful and with it being a private beach it was not busy at all.

Perfect location!

This was our first time staying on Blue Mountain Beach and we can’t wait to go back. It was an easy walk to the beach. One person by the pool commented while we were walking in from the beach that it would be nice to have a room that is “right there”. With a toddler, this condo was the best place for us!
