Spend tranquil days sunning on the sand, fishing for saltwater and freshwater fish, or exploring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Guests will be delighted with this home’s relaxing hammock and location 1 mile from beach access!

Step inside this sea-inspired cottage to find gleaming hardwood floors and a grand cathedral ceiling in the spacious great room. Thanks to the open floor plan, the chef of the group can enjoy cooking up a feast in the kitchen—fully equipped with high-end appliances and quartz countertops—without missing a moment of the group fun. There’s plenty of seating with 5 chairs and a bench at the dining table and an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. After dinner, relax on the 2 comfortable couches in the living area, where a 65” LG Smart TV takes care of all guests’ entertainment needs, and the fireplace keeps cool nights cozy. The Perfect House for Us!

We stayed at this home during 2024 Fall Break. It was my family and my brother's family. We all agreed that it was the perfect place stay. It was clean, it had bicycles, a golf cart, beach items, and the layout was perfect. The greenspace near the house was the perfect place for our boys to play wiffle ball and football while we sat on the porch. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House!!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous!!! I love this neighborhood and use to own a house in it. You can’t beat this neighborhood on 30a… it is peaceful and beautiful. I will book this house again.
