Picture yourself in a recently renovated to-the-studs penthouse that overlooks Central Square and the Gulf of Mexico located directly across from the beach in Seaside, Florida. ‘Musician’ is situated in the middle of all things Seaside, and can bring this vision to reality with incredible rooftop gulf and sunset views!

Ideally situated on the back side of the Dreamland Heights Building on the 3rd and 4th floor, this designer penthouse will serve as the perfect coastal hideaway. On arrival, you’re greeted by a spacious outdoor common area featuring ample seating and gulf views! Step inside to the first level and to the left is a completely renovated kitchen with all new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a small dining area with bistro seating for two. Off the kitchen and before the king primary bedroom is the one fully renovated marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The large king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, and black-out curtains throughout. The true gem of the king primary is the large private open-air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This is the perfect evening escape for cocktails al fresco under a starlit sky or the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee!

Make your way up the staircase to locate a bonus, spacious living space, featuring a large slipcover sofa (queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests), additional seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as plenty of windows to bring the stunning outdoors in. This area of the penthouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in the beautiful Seaside, Florida. (The living room sleeper is a loft and there is open access to the king primary bedroom) The adjacent stairs climb to the true gem of the home with a pop-up door access to the rooftop deck. The large open-air rooftop patio with bar seating for two and chaise loungers offers some of the best panoramic Seaside gulf views and sunsets to be found!! Location & Views

This third-floor penthouse in the heart of Seaside, has an amazing, private rooftop terrace with views of the town and the gulf. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! The unit is very beautiful and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a heads up that the bathroom is very small and there is not much storage for luggage or clothes. There is a tiny built-in for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The photos make the rooms look bigger than they actually are, but it is perfect for two people, Also there are a lot of codes to remember, but these keep people other than guests from coming up. It is extremely difficult to get a parking place near the unit even in October. The designated parking signs they have for these top floor units are just a few inches from the ground on the curb so unless the space is vacant you cannot see the designated parking space. Other than that, the convenience of being in town square and being able to walk or bicycle anywhere you want to go is worth any other inconvenience. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen is perfect and the views are amazing.
