DETAILS: Prepare for sun and relaxation at Beachside Birch, a charming 3-story home in Blue Mountain Beach with six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that sleeps up to 14 guests. Named for the area’s blue lupine flowers, this stretch of the Emerald Coast is known for its easygoing community, water activities, and natural beauty. Guests will love spending days by the private pool and lounging on the beach—a 9-minute walk away!

Take the stairs outside to enter the main living areas on the second floor, where a neutral color palette and comfortable furnishings create a serene atmosphere. An oversized sectional couch offers plenty of seating around the TV. The open kitchen is great for cooks who want to stay a part of the fun and features high-end appliances, including an induction oven. There is a 6-person dining table, with four more seats at the breakfast bar. Outside, the balcony overlooks the pool deck and has a propane grill—perfect for a seafood cookout! Keep suits and towels fresh in the laundry room. There is one primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, a 50†TV, and balcony access on this floor for sleeping accommodations.

Upstairs, curl up with a favorite book on the hallway loveseat. There is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and two primary bedrooms with a queen bed.
