You can enjoy an open concept living/dining combination, fully equipped kitchen, large master (king) bedroom with private bathroom, two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom and a fully functional laundry room with washer and dryer. Beachside Villas incredible amenities include 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, grilling areas, clubhouse and a boardwalk to the beach.

Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, you will enjoy access to the 17-mile bike trail along Scenic 30A. If you enjoy nature you are only a short walk from the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park where you will be surrounded by 1,700 acres of walking trails, a beautiful wildlife sanctuary and picturesque scenery. Perfect spot!

We had a great time at this condo! The photos don’t do it justice, the location is great with a large balcony with views of the ocean and lake. We liked how clean and updated everything was, we had everything we needed. The host was also extremely helpful and responded quickly to all our questions leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great beach getaway

Marci’s place in Santa Rosa beach was the perfect place to stay along 30A. She was communicative, check in was easy, and the unit itself was great. Would highly recommend!
