"Convenient location"
Location convenient to the airport. Courteous staff, clean hotel, room was comfortable and quiet. Good restaurant, bar and outdoor patio seating. Can watch planes taking off and landing across the water. Very good experience. Would go back again and will recommend to friends. Shuttle to airport ran every 10 mins.

"They were very welcoming. The valet staff was very nice."
Stayed in this hotel for part of our vacation to northern California. It was located in the financial district section of town just outside of Chinatown. The hotel was very nice, seemed to be geared more to business travelers than vacationers but nice just the same. The only thinkg I guess I thought was missing was a gift shop ( the had a small selection but not a real gift shop) and a cafe with a little lower price point. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was excellent. Other days we found some great places in Little Italy and in Chinatown. We had two rooms and they both had a wonderful view of Coit Tower and the Bay. The only downside is the $60.00 per night parking fee (we had 2 cars). I would recommend it to others though as the rooms were very nice and the staff very friendly.

"Wonderful staff match the surroundings"
Stayed here for the second time and mentioned in the reservation that it was my wife's birthday. She received special attention and gifts both from the hotel and Navio restaurant. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide extra service.

"Fun Beach Stay"
We really enjoyed this hotel. We vacationed with our family of four, (2 kids, 6 & 8 yrs old) and another couple we have been friends with forever(they stayed on 3rd level, Penthouse). We had an ocean front view on the 2nd floor which was fantastic! We stayed the Aug. 23rd weekend. A lot of the schools had already started so it was fairly kid quiet. The fog horn which sounds about every 5 seconds did not bother us at all. We even slept with our balcony door open at night and didnt hear it. Quiet hotel rooms overall. We did pick up some wine and cheese at 5:30 each night. The white wine I had was good. But, I think they could have offered some plates, instead of napkins for the cheese and a real knife instead of plastic. Breakfast was a good selection of homemade baked goods; muffins, coffee cake, danish, bagels/cream cheese, coffee, milk and juice. The selections varied according from day to day. Kids and our friends enjoyed the pool and hot tub spa. I like how they were separated from each other with a fence surrounding each. Views from patio/swim area were wonderful. The area was close to other areas. There is a walking path behind the hotel that will take you to other restaurants (Barbara's Fish Trap which we enjoyed) and Half Moon Brewery which I would NOT recommend due to service and food quality. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get-away.

"Great location"
We arrived at about 7:45 pm and were told there was no parking. When I told the parking attendant that I was paying $365 a night and that there was no parking, it was not acceptable. He then gave me a valet ticket and we unloaded our suitcases. We then went in and checked in and were told by the front desk that the king bed i requested was not available. She then told me that we would have two beds for one night and the next night we would get the king. I asked her what she would comp us and she gave me and my wife two free breakfast buffets the next day. That turned out to be $25 per person that we saved. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. All in all we enjoyed out stay..
