I was very disappointed at this hotel. I expected it to a better experience being a Wyndham property. We were told we were getting a balcony overlooking the riverwalk, we got a patio on the first floor, no coffee for coffee pot in the room, rooms at same pricing at other hotels are much better, no microwave in room, I will not stay at this hotel ever again for many other reasons. Staff was not as friendly as other hotels. Location not great either

The place so so awesome. Loved the room space. View was amazing. I would differently return. The only thing I didn’t like was the door to restroom. Leaves a crack and no privacy.

I reserved and paid for a deluxe room and we were given a regular room with 2 queen size beds. I also paid extra for a balcony but when we went out to the balcony there was a birds nest with live birds and excessive bird waste on the balcony. I called the front desk to request the bird waste be removed because of the smell. I was told they would send someone but I checked out 3 days later and they never cleaned the waste. We were not able to enjoy our balcony. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The placement on the quiet end of the River Walk was superb! With the River Walk water taxi right outside the hotel, it allowed us to go any where along the river and then come back to the peace and quiet of the hotel.
