My room had roaches and the tv didn't work.. the hallway and lobby had a horrible smell and the carpets in rooms are all stained up and definitely not clean

I arrived at the Country Inn & Suites at approximately 11pm. I Checked in and immediately reported to the staff that the room wasn't clean. She acted as if it was my problem. The carpet appeared to have black spots all over it, the smell was unacceptable. I didn't take any pictures because it bother so bad. I ask if she had seen the room? her reply was no. I thought she would take a look or try to show me another room. I was informed to contact your organization, about cancellation. I want to speak to someone in reference to the situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Front desk clerk was AMAZING and extremely courteous! Clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was great and staff made sure to fill all guest requests as she could. Only down fall were the other guests near our room. They were loud and inconsiderate but no fault of the hotel. Would reccomend to anyone and would stay here again! FRONT DESK CLERK AGAIN WAS EXCEPTIONAL (January 2, 2020 @ 7:00 pm)!!!!
