"Very helpful staff, mediocre facility"
The location was great, very close to the train and subway stations and walkable to many Roman attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, printing out our train tickets, and giving recommendations. The room was clean but small (which I understand is typical), the shower was very small, and the beds were uncomfortable.

"Nice hotel within walking distance of the Vatican"
The room was ready when we arrived. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for dinner options; directions to the Vatican; and the easy access for the bus route.

"Great room, great service!"
This was a perfect hotel experience for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. The location was great...very close to public transportation and/or walking to sites we wanted to see, but not too bombarded with tourists. One of the best offerings was the breakfast buffet which was included in the price and included way more than cold cereal and pastries. It was eggs, sausage, meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and juices and much more. If I could come up with a negatative at all, it would be that the WiFi wasn't that great. But honestly, that is the worst thing I can say about this place! I would go back in a heartbeat!

"*THE* hotel to stay at if you're visting rome!"
They just opened july 24th of 2015 so the hotel grounds were immaculate. The spa facilities are some of the best I've been in and well worth the 10 euro / day / pp but they waived that fee for the month of August for all guest as a grand opening promotion. I had two issues with my stay and I think they were both related to the newness of the staff. The first room we got wasn't properly cleaned when we got in (robes were on the ground, trash in the bins, tobacco leaves from a cigarette on the bed). The second room was given to another customer as we were walking to the room to check it so we got upgraded to a suite at no charge! (One way to make up for a crappy start of my stay). The other issue was the reservation of airport return shuttle was not properly put into the computer and they couldn't contact the driver to turn around so we had to pay for taxi instead (50 vs 30 if we got the shuttle) Both mistakes a seasoned staff would have handled with ease but they had a bit of a rough going. Regardless I highly recommend this hotel for the value (4.5 star hotel at 3 star price) and for the spa facilities alone!

"Good service"
The rooms are quite big and they have been remodeled with new bathroom fixtures.  Very nice amenities.  Roof top restaurant had a beautiful view of Rome.  Unfortunately, they did not have any 110v electrical converters.  Front desk service was very friendly.
