Rooms are small and expensive. Receptionist desk is only open from 9am to 6pm. Maids did a great job. views from balconies suck. Pleny of restaurants and shopping close by. Also walking distance to tevi fountain and Spanish steps. Little coffee shophalf way to trevi fountain was really good. Cant remember name but photos of staff will be included in this review. Staff at cofee shop on corner of plaza next to white rsstraunt was rude. White restraunt is really go and the staff is really friendly.
Really good lates and really frendly staff.wish I could remember the name of it, but it's about 2 blocks away from trevi fountain and it and opens at 530 am.

Overall, it was a cute little place. I ended up enjoying the fact that there was so many keys to get in. Made me feel safe. The staff was nice, bedding was always fresh, got cute chocolates for Easter. My biggest complaint was the Sauna didn’t work which was part of why I booked. And a few other small items that could be better done. Bathroom sink, shower drawing, etc.

Conveniently located in the city.

This was my second visit to Rome, and the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions. The area is excellent for tourists, with a metro station just around the corner. You can easily walk from Termini station as well. Room service was provided every day during my stay, and I didn’t even have to request it! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Honestly we have mixed feelings about this hotel. We had a bit of difficulty trying to get into the building as we checked in after hours. It's unfortunately that they didn't have 24he concierge. It took us a while but we figured it out. We came for our anniversary and were greeted with flower pedals in the shape of a heart and a champagne with two glasses. The room is a bit small but very cute with decoration. The air-conditioning worked which my husband really appreciated. The bathroom unfortunately was the downfall. The shower is very small. The water doesn't drain it fills up until you're done with your shower so your feet is covered in dirty water. The towel rack wouldn't heat up. We stayed for 3 nights. Bed and pillows are stiff but workable. Not a quiet area as our room was right by reception. Overall it was okay but that's shower was a struggle.

Perfect stay in the Vespa Room

I had a lovely stay in the Vespa room!! Perfect for a solo traveler! Cute little neighbor hood and walking distance to Trevi! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived late and they left me detailed instructions to get into my place! Reached out before my trip as well! Highly recommend, Belissimo!!

Great hotel in a central location

This was an interesting hotel on a side street just up from Piazza di Barberini. Our room was serious rooms with a huge round bed that was sitting on the floor. I would prefer beds that sit in frames since I'm older but we got through it. The bathroom had a sauna, which we didn't use, but it would be very nice if we wanted to. The shower was great also. There was a foyer entrance and "walk-in" closet with shelves and a safe. The overall location of the hotel was great! We order Ubers/taxis several times and they never had a problem finding the place. There were many choices of places to eat nearby. Pepy's, the White Restaurant, and Artesfizio were our favorites.

A nice hotel in a great location.

It was a nice, clean hotel and the staff were very friendly, but the walls are so thin we were kept awake every night and woken up very early every morning by very loud next room neighbours. While this isn’t the hotels fault, it did make the stay less enjoyable. The location is also perfect - close enough to the main landmarks but far enough to not have hoards of people outside. Overall, it was pleasant - just wish the walls were a little thicker!
