Excellent service from pre-arrival to check out. Their service includes advance notice and pre-arrangements days before arrival for smooth check in. Service staff made themselves available or reachable if any additional help needed during stay. Hotel in good location walking distance to central train terminal, Coloseum and restaurants. We recommend this hotel.

Clean and convenient (easy 10-15 min walk from termini—just as easy as taking one metro stop) and Stefano is willing to help and eager to please. I would happily come back.

Great Stay!

Great reasonably priced basic room in Rome. Great service as well! I had an issue with the key that was completely my fault and the host answered promptly and walked me through it. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay

Fabulous stay excellent location close to Termini. Stefanos was a great host and very welcoming. Lovely room with a great balcony. It was handy to have a fridge and our towels were changed daily which was a bonus. Overall a fantastic stay woukd highly recommend ☺️

The room was nice and comfortable. I will state if you are a big person, the shower is very small, other than that, I have no complaints. The hotel is within walking distance of several key sites which I wanted to visit while there. the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of Mary Maggiore and more. Stefano communicated with me prior to my arrival and even offered to provide transportation from the airport should I need it. All in all it was a very pleasurable stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again should I ever visit Rome again.

Locate between Roma Termini and Vittorio Emanuele, which is very convenient for transportation and varieties of dinning options. We encountered transit strike during our stay and faced issues to reach cruise terminal. The host went above and beyond to help us with options and even make calls for us to arrange transportation.

Great CS but lacking 3 star hotel name

My experience with this hotel leaned more negative than positive. Starting off with the positives. The location is great! Especially if you come from Roma Termini you just walk 5-7 minutes to the hotel. Second Stefano is very nice and provides excellent customer service! Now for the negatives, it looks modern in photos but definitely feels more like a patchy job. The floors were quite dirty and bathroom had a few bugs that even after killing would come daily. I’m not sure if this is just a rome or Italy thing but the toilet was extremely tight in its spacing. Had put the sign for the cleaner to come twice and both times the cleaner only replaced the hand towels and the floor towel, no replacement of the shower towels and when making the bed, did not replace the pillow covers. I think if you are okay with a place to sleep at night and want nearby the station it’s not a bad option but if you value an actual 3 star hotel with service. I would unfortunately pass.

The location was great and Stefani was helpful. He helped carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. There was plenty of room: a living area with comfy chairs, a table with chairs and a coffee area or desk. Amenities were limited: two paper cups and two coffee packs per day, no drinking cups. It was great having a refrigerator. We got groceries at a near by store. Many restaurants were right down the street as well a Metro Stop.

Wouldn't stay here again

Terrible communication when it came to knowing how to enter the building (good luck figuring it out!). Then when we finally entered, two staircases and no indication which way to go, we ended up walking up the wrong one first and then had to climb again to the third floor. The owner seemed to blame us for not knowing how to get in, despite multiple emails back and forth and no information from him regarding directions. We assumed there was a front desk or at least some signage, but there was nothing inside the building. Three keys are required and none of them are labelled, so we wasted time trying to figure out which one is which - I'm on vacation, I don't want to have to memorize which key works where when they all look the same. No help in the front desk in case of emergency - you need to call or text to get help. First and last time staying there. Expensive, too, given the area and stairs.

Stefano is simply the best Host I ever had

Stefano is the most awesome host every We had a little drama while there and Stefano took extra care of us. It is a little difficult to find, the entrance is magnificent old style hallway, gotta to be seen. Please get in contact with Stefano before you arrive, he will give you exact directions and take care. Stefano also recommended some excellent restaurants for the best Pizza and Pasta in Rome

Gorgeous place!

We loved every single thing about this stay - the host (Stefano) was incredible! He went above and beyond. Although, we called him only a couple of hours before our flight to Rome as we weren’t aware the check in was until 18:00pm he waited for us until 23:00pm and was very accommodating and welcoming. He even gave us so many recommendations although it was late at night. The room was stunning and super clean, the location was super - we could walk almost everywhere and if you don’t like to walk there is a train station and buses next to the hotel. Thank you so much once again and we cannot wait to be back again.
