The hotel is in a old building but it is lovely. Only minor issue was that our room was right by one of the entrances which meant it was a little noisy when people came and went.

Older building with updated rooms on the 3rd floor (actually had an adjoining hotel across the hall that we breakfasted with). A bit confusing about how to get in building to check-in, so make sure you have good phone service. You have to buzz the adjoining hotel. They offer early check-in, and though our room wasn’t ready they offered breakfast while we waited. Clerk super helpful with mapping out sightseeing and transportation. Everyone was super pleasant and accommodating.

Hello, we had problem with the room airconditioner, the room was without the tub, the room was very small, we had problem with the lift, there were rumors around from other rooms (no noise isolation), the breakfast was terrible.

The room was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was the highlight as they had a variety of fresh options, pastries, and a specialty coffee machine. The only issue is I never received the bottle of sparkling wine which was promised with the VIP service, upon asking an employee they had no clue what i was talking about. The instructions to get in the hotel were clear and it was very walkable (30 min walk from main attractions)

Perfect hospitality!

William was extremely friendly and helpful!! He asked us what our plans would be then gave us a huge map, told us areas to avoid as they were dangerous (we are mother and daughter), how to get around Rome, things to see and also recommended a restaurant with a 10% discount around the corner. The room was smaller than I've seen before but perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was really comfortable and there was a smart TV too. Breakfast was delicious! Salami and cheese, croissants, yoghurts, toast and cereal. Juice, water and coffee too. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Was unaware it was in an apartment building 4th floor with a very small elevator. Staff is only there in the morning and early afternoon, felt like we were disturbing the residence that lived there , we would come in late and leave very early
