I was very excited about this 4 star option close to the airport which also had a shuttle available. Unfortunately, our room was very dilapidated, balcony door falling off of the frame and broken air conditioning. When I mentioned the door, the front desk knew of the issue already so they never fixed it. We will not return - this wasn’t a 4 star hotel.

We normally go into Rome to for stay overs prior to flying back to Canada but decided to stay close to the Fiumicino airport and we were not disappointed! What a lively, entertaining pedestrian area on the sea! We were there on a Saturday night and were delighted by all the local families and people old and young out enjoying the local restaurants, bars or just walking around with their children laughing and playing. There was even a puppet show! I highly recommend this hotel and this location! The only small adjustment I would suggest is keeping the pool area cleaner. The pool was clean but the area around could've used towel and plastic glass clean-up and more seating.

Only thing I would suggest is the shuttle bus needs upgrading. Ours had broken leaf springs back rear and the shocks were gone. Also it was too small for the luggage from all the passengers. As for the hotel, location and rooms I will definitely use this hotel again for my airport hotel in Rome

Nice breezy hotel by the sea as an alternative to hot & steamy Rome in hot weather. Rooftop pool & bar good place to watch sunsets. Active fishing port in front of Hotel, plenty of good seafood to be had.

Hotel is good for a night or two before catching a plane. The rooms are worn out as well as the hotel overall. Staff are good, not great. Shuttle to the airport is very convenient. You wouldn’t want to spend an extended period of time here but for the price, it’s good.

Great hotel but staff were not friendly and charged us 10 euro for a (mandatory) pool set towel and cap but once we arrived there. Many people were not adhering to the rules. I went to the front desk to address it and they basically said oh well. It left a bad taste in our mouth for such a nice building.

The hotel property was well kept, the rooms are very nice, the pool is nice, the food quality was good and the staff were pleasant. Shuttle service to airport. They advertise massage, but it is just an electric massage chair you can rent. Nice fishing town with a good view. Gelato next door is good with a friendly worker. Cafe close by did not like tourist, but I didn't blame them as this area is out of the tourist zone.

this property is near the seaside with plenty of dining options. Nice walk in the evening beside the promenade . Basic hotel and the food in the restaurant is decent too. staff was friendly and let us check in early.
