The hotel was clean got an early check in was was great but one hiccup was when I paid my shuttle to the airport the night before they credit the wrong room so it took some time to sort it all out. Lucky I had the receipt to prove my payment

The rooms are fairly basic but usually you're there for a night before going to the airport to catch a flight, so that's ok. Room and bathroom were clean. Balcony door opens for some fresh air. Reception staff were friendly. Shuttle service (in the middle of the night, not the usual scheduled one) was prompt, driver was helpful and kind. Good value for money. Plenty of restaurants on the same road. I'd stay there again.

TV didn’t work. One glass in our room for us to share. Front desk wasn’t very friendly, they just gave us our room key and no info about bar or restaurant or anything . No info in room either. Never saw a rooftop bar? $7 to pick us up from airport which was very reasonable but $25 to take us back because we got the 5:30am shuttle instead of 6:00am 4 miles to airport, two couples $50

This was our last few nights in Rome, getting ready for long flights home. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and the room was clean. The TV was not easy to use and I made a suggestion that the hotel put a “cheat sheet” in the room to explain how to use it properly. I’m tech savy and used multiple TVs all over Italy while travelling but this one had me stumped. The balcony looking over the working dock was nice and it was pleasant watching the lone fishermen sit and see what they could catch over the day. The street the hotel is on is lined with many restaurants and we explored a few. The hotel’s restaurant was very nice and we enjoyed our first night’s meal there. I docked one star as I found the front end staff not as welcoming as expected. A smile and how are you enjoying your time in Italy would go a long way at reception. Perhaps you’re tired of tourists! In the wrong business then.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and a view of the water. When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk, and they were quick to provide us another room however, it was with one bed (which we could manage) but didn't have a view of the water. We were not compensated for the changes.
