Extremely friendly and efficient service; we arrived very early (and tired from international flight) and the woman at the front desk was able to get us into a room which really made our day. The included breakfast was also wonderful. While close to the train station, the location is also an easy walk to sites like piazza della Reppublica, the Colloseum, and Santa Maria Maggiore. It was perfect for us.

large rooms, large lobby, nice restaurant, two blocks from train station! 8 years coming to Rome and this is the best near Roma Termini station.

Nice hotel, but nothing spectacular. The rooms were nice. We did have an issue with checkout when we called for help with our baggage. After waiting 20 minutes with no one showing up, we had to take it down ourselves to catch our shuttle to the airport. That was very frustrating.

We had the unfortunate pleasure of coming back to this hotel before leaving Italy. The breakfast staff were horrible. They were condescending and rude.

The breakfast staff were terrible. I have never been to a place where people are so rude. We stayed in 4 different hotels and came back to this hotel at the end of our trip and I would not recommend going back. The lady in the front, Metka was absolutely horrible and racist.

At the same time we host everyday hundreds of foreign people from all over the world, and we have thousand of wonderfoul feedback about the quality of our welcome. Our standards are made in order to feel foreign people welcome to UNAHOTELS Decò Roma. That’s why, as you probably noticed, we serve, for example, a lot of fresh fruit and vegetable on the breakfast buffet as we serve scrumbed eggs and bacon or gluten free product. Beautiful hotel and in a great location! Just a two minute walk from the train station. Not as touristy as other areas we stayed.
