This is a great hotel for the value. The room was pristinely clean and the beds are so comfortable! The adjustable option with massage is a nice touch. Everyone saying the area is sketchy has clearly never stayed in a big city before. It was fine and being a 3 minute walk from Termini is so convenient. There were several great restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Very nice stay overall.

The room was clean. Location is fair. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good enough. The only minor issue is that the windows are not insulated. You can hear quite a lot of noise during the night when the city is cleaning the streets.

The rooms were pretty small and the balcony was nice but you couldn't see over the wall to anything in the city. They organized a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was a mess. The driver couldn't communicate, couldn't find us and it was more expensive than just getting a cab. Location is pretty decent. By the train station so you get some homeless people around but that's the trade off to being close.
